Ordered a bunch and guessed wrong on a few sizes needed. Reached out to exchange them and they asked if I needed to go up or down in size and on which ones and sent me the replacements free of charge and told me to pass along the ones that didn’t fit to someone they did. This all occurred in a few hours of reaching out. Highly recommend supporting a company that is this responsive and amazing to their customers!!

Y’all should send me a free one I’ve bought 7 love them so much 100% recommended everybody always ask where i get them and there really cute, please release more designs.

Unfortunately I ordered this product 3 hang loose bracelets for my sister in law’s birthday and still have yet to receive them. So honestly my experience hasn’t been great and I haven’t gotten anything I paid for yet. I really hope I get them soon! Then I’d love to leave a better review.
