Shipping Policy
Next Day Shipping on orders placed by 4:00pm EDT M-F via USPS Ground Advantage Mail unless another shipping option is chosen at checkout. Allow 3-5 business days to arrive.
- USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, UPS, DHL available.
- Wholesale customers always ship UPS for tracking purposes.
- If you ordered an item that wasn't delivered, we're here to help! Please email info@hangloosebands.com and we will look into it right away.
- International orders, please note wtih DHL there is slight risk due to shipping distance. Once your bands are shipped, we aren't responsible for lost packages. Note however, we will do our best to help locate your package to make sure it arrives safely. International Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks.
- International orders are non refundable unless customer ships items in original condition with original packaging and is received at our office within 30 days from the time the order was received by customer.
