Excellent customer service

My grandson ordered three bands from Hang Loose for part of his birthday present from us. He unfortunately did not pay attention to the size and ordered the wrong size on one of them. I contacted Hang Loose via email to see if we would be able to exchange it. I was shocked to have received an email the very same day and given all the info on how to exchange. No hassle, no difficulties at all. Also, the bands arrived quickly, the shipping envelope was super cool and the bands came in a very nice drawstring bag! Overall, amazing experience, highly recommend!
